To get started faster, please send a copy of the client’s Official Neurodevelopmental Report along with the password (if password protected) stating the client’s diagnosis to info@garegionalbsvc.com and complete the forms by visiting our caregiver portal.
*Please note that completion of any contact form, email, or Docusign expresses your consent to communicate electronically regarding you and the patient in regard to the request for services.
