ABOUT US

WE stand out.

WELCOME!

At Georgia Regional Behavioral Services we know Autistic voices matter!

We are dedicated to providing quality ABA services. Behavior is a form of communication and it is important to understand it rather than controlling it. We focus to promote independence and increasing an individual’s quality of life. We use child-specific data to create behavioral, communication, and social skills interventions that honor the whole child and family by working together collaboratively with the child, family, and other professionals.

We strive to always be innovative and commit to always be ethical and excellent.

KEY COMPANY PRINCIPLES

Empowerment

We strive to empower staff and clients to reach their full potential.

Cultural Humanity

We strive to listen to the communities that we serve when implementing programming to ensure we are creating goals that are socially relevant and appropriate. We recognize the potential differences between the cultures and communities between staff and clients and supervisors. We celebrate the differences.

Ethics

We are committed to always act ethically. It is easy to take shortcuts to maximize profits, meet market needs, and employ staff. We will always make decisions based on ethical implications.

Excellence

We will always provide the best services to our families through professionalism, compassion, and fun.

Meet Our Founder

Our founder is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 7 years of experience working with children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

She is passionate about diagnosing, assessing, and creating individualized treatment plans to address each child’s area of need. She has worked in a variety of settings including school, home, clinic-based, community, and telehealth settings.

Her main inspiration for working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis came from her own personal experience of having her first child become diagnosed with ASD at the age of 2. With this experience, she understands both the clinical and parental aspects of working with children on the spectrum. She brings a professional and personal perspective to teaching and raising a child with atypical learning skills to build relationships and further support parents.

Integrating ABA techniques and evidence-based practices, She believes we can make significant changes to increase the skills of children and their families. Her passion, experience, and dedication to providing children and individuals with developmental disabilities effective services are unparalleled in her field.
