Complete the paperwork online
Click Start Intake and fill out the packet in DocuSign, our secure e-signature platform. It covers your child's history, insurance details, and consent forms. Prefer a person? Call us and we will do it together by phone.

Email your documents
Send a photo or scan of your insurance card (front and back), your child's diagnostic or neurodevelopmental report if you have one, and a referral if your plan requires it to info@garegionalbsvc.com. Put your child's name in the subject line so we can match everything up. Phone photos are fine.

We take it from there
We verify your benefits, usually within one business day, then a BCBA calls to talk through your child's needs and which setting fits best: in-home, our Lilburn center, school-based, or telehealth. Then we schedule the initial assessment.
