In-home ABA
The most flexible option. Your RBT team runs sessions in the settings your child actually needs to succeed — the kitchen table, the bathtub, the driveway, bedtime.
Lilburn is where GRBS was founded and where our flagship center still lives — tucked just off Highway 29 on the Gwinnett–DeKalb line. Families come to us from every corner of the 30047 area for in-home, center-based, and school-based ABA delivered by a BCBA-led team that knows this community.

When your ABA team lives in the community you live in, the therapy feels less like a service and more like a partnership.
Every Lilburn family works with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as their lead clinician plus a stable team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who show up on time, every time.
Our Lawrenceville Highway location is warm and family-first — open play zones, quiet regulation rooms, a sensory gym, and a family waiting area that feels more like a living room than a lobby.
Whether your child attends a Gwinnett County Public School (Berkmar, Meadowcreek, Parkview clusters) or a private/charter school in the area, we coordinate directly with teachers, IEP teams, and administrators.
New families in Lilburn typically hear back from us the same business day — and start intake within two weeks, not two months. No call center. No waitlist purgatory.

Structured therapy at our Lilburn flagship. Ideal for skill-building around peer interaction, transitions, and preparing children for a classroom environment.
Direct support in your child’s classroom — GCPS or private. We collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and IEP teams to reinforce the skills that matter most.
Every plan includes structured caregiver training so the strategies that work in session keep working in the car, at Publix, at grandma’s house, and at bedtime.
Our flagship center sits at 3993 Lawrenceville Highway, Suite 110 — right on US-29 (Lawrenceville Highway) between downtown Lilburn and Lawrenceville, minutes from the Yellow River. We chose this stretch of Lilburn intentionally: it puts us within a 20-minute drive of families in Snellville, Stone Mountain, Tucker, Mountain Park, Grayson, and every school in the Berkmar, Meadowcreek, and Parkview clusters.
Inside the center you’ll find dedicated 1:1 therapy rooms, a small-group room for social skills work, a sensory gym for gross-motor and regulation activities, and a family waiting area with coffee, water, and space for siblings. Parking is free and directly out front.
We’re open Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Most Lilburn families combine center-based sessions during the school day (or after school) with in-home sessions in the evening or on weekends, and we build the schedule around your family — not the other way around.

Yes. We’re in-network with Peach State Health Plan, CareSource, Amerigroup, and traditional Georgia Medicaid, as well as most major commercial plans (BCBS of GA, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Humana, and Tricare). We’ll run your benefits before your first session so you know exactly what’s covered.
For insurance-covered ABA, yes — a written autism spectrum diagnosis from a licensed psychologist, developmental pediatrician, or psychiatrist is typically required. If you don’t have one yet, we can refer you to trusted local evaluators in the Metro Atlanta area.
Absolutely, and most Lilburn families do. A common pattern is 2–3 center-based sessions per week for structured learning plus 2–3 in-home sessions per week for skill generalization in real-life settings.
