In December 2024 the Georgia Department of Community Health issued a Notice of Intent to Award new Georgia Families CMO contracts to CareSource, Humana, Molina Healthcare, and UnitedHealthcare. Current CMO contracts run through June 30, 2027, with the new CMOs targeted to begin in 2027. GRBS already accepts Humana, which helps families keep continuity of care through the transition.
