In-home ABA
Our anchor service. RBT-led sessions in your Gwinnett home, 10-25 hours per week, targeting communication, social skills, self-care, and adaptive behavior in the setting where they actually matter.
GRBS serves families in every corner of Gwinnett - Lawrenceville, Duluth, Suwanee, Snellville, Norcross, Buford, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, Sugar Hill, Grayson, and beyond. In-home ABA is our anchor service, backed by a Lilburn clinic and full-benefits verification in every major Medicaid and commercial plan. When your child's school wants to collaborate, we show up - but the therapy is yours, not the district's.

With 970,000 residents, 25 cities, and one of the most linguistically diverse populations in the Southeast, Gwinnett needs an ABA provider that can meet families where they actually are - not one that funnels everyone through a single clinic.
Our RBTs run sessions in Lawrenceville living rooms, Duluth apartments, Suwanee kitchens, Snellville backyards, and Norcross townhomes. Every Gwinnett ZIP (30017 through 30519) is inside our zero-travel-fee radius from the Lilburn hub.
We're in-network with the three Georgia CMOs (Peach State, CareSource, Amerigroup), traditional GA Medicaid, and commercial plans including Anthem BCBS of GA, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and Tricare. Benefits verified before your first session so you know exactly what's covered.
Gwinnett runs on tough commutes and two-income households. We schedule ABA from 4pm to 8pm on weekdays, Saturday mornings, and ramp up in-home hours during summer breaks so kids don't lose momentum.
When it helps your child, our BCBAs will coordinate with your GCPS, charter, or private-school IEP team - attending meetings, reviewing goals, aligning home targets with the classroom. It's optional and family-directed, never a prerequisite.

At our Lilburn flagship on US-29 - 15-25 minutes from most Gwinnett cities. Popular with families in Snellville, Grayson, Lawrenceville, and Norcross who want a structured clinic environment with peer interaction.
Weekly BCBA sessions to build your family's daily-life toolkit. Because ABA that only lives with the RBT doesn't stick - the caregivers around your child every day are the real change agents.
When a family asks, our BCBAs attend IEP meetings, coordinate with GCPS or charter special-ed teams, and align in-home goals with the classroom. Available for GCPS (all 16 clusters), charter, and private schools - but never required.
Gwinnett County is home to more than 970,000 people across 25 municipalities - the second-largest county in Georgia and one of the fastest-growing in the Southeast. It's also one of the most diverse: nearly 30% foreign-born residents, more than 100 languages spoken in local schools, and pockets of very different economic reality within a few miles of each other. Our staffing model reflects that: BCBAs and RBTs are assigned by geography, not by school, so the clinician who works in your home also knows the neighborhood.
We serve families in every Gwinnett city: Lawrenceville (30042-30049), Duluth (30096-30099), Suwanee (30024), Snellville (30039, 30078), Norcross (30071, 30092, 30093), Buford (30518, 30519), Lilburn (30047), Peachtree Corners (30092), Sugar Hill (30518), Dacula (30019), Loganville (30052), Grayson (30017), Berkeley Lake, and Braselton, plus every unincorporated community in between.
Our in-home ABA teams operate on a real geographic radius - no travel fees, no ZIP-code exclusions, no "we cover Duluth but not Norcross" nonsense. If you live in Gwinnett, we come to you. And if the fit is better at our Lilburn clinic - 15-25 minutes from most Gwinnett cities - we'll build that around your schedule too.
School collaboration is available on request. Our BCBAs have supported families across Gwinnett County Public Schools (Berkmar, Central Gwinnett, Collins Hill, Dacula, Discovery, Duluth, Grayson, Meadowcreek, Mill Creek, Mountain View, Norcross, North Gwinnett, Parkview, Peachtree Ridge, Shiloh, South Gwinnett), plus charter and private schools. But the therapy is yours - school participation is a bonus, never a gatekeeper.
Every one of them. Lawrenceville (30042-30049), Duluth (30096-30099), Suwanee (30024), Snellville (30039, 30078), Norcross (30071, 30092, 30093), Buford (30518, 30519), Lilburn (30047), Peachtree Corners (30092), Sugar Hill, Dacula (30019), Loganville (30052), Grayson (30017), Berkeley Lake, Braselton, and every unincorporated area. Our RBTs travel throughout the entire county with no travel fees.
No. ABA services are independent of your child's school placement. Home schoolers, private-school families, and GCPS families are all welcome. If you want us to coordinate with your child's school later, we can - but it's never a requirement to start.
Yes - all three Georgia Care Management Organizations, plus traditional Georgia Medicaid, and commercial plans including Anthem BCBS of Georgia, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and Tricare. We verify benefits before your first session so you know exactly what's covered.
Most Gwinnett families complete intake within 2-3 weeks: benefits check (24-48 hours), initial assessment (1 week), treatment plan and authorization (1-2 weeks depending on payer). If you already have a written autism diagnosis in hand, we can often move faster.
Yes - our Gwinnett schedule runs from early morning through 8pm on weekdays and includes Saturday morning availability. We know most working families in Duluth, Suwanee, Peachtree Corners, and Lawrenceville can't do 2pm sessions.
Yes, on request. Our BCBAs regularly attend IEP meetings across GCPS (all 16 clusters), plus charter and private schools, when a family wants us to. It's an optional add-on - many Gwinnett families use us purely for in-home and clinic ABA without any school involvement at all.
